When will my reserved hosting account be activated?
Once first payment is received Infusion Servers will automatically activate your RAID10 Reserved Hosting Account. Then you will receive an e-mail which includes your reserved hosting details.
If you have not recieved this email after an hour please open a support ticket with our support team.
Is there a way to upgrade my reserved hosting account?
Of course! All reserved hosting accounts can be upgraded entitling you to more reserved space and more bandwidth. Please check our knowledgebase for more information.
Other sites offer "unlimited" space and bandwidth, why don't you?
The possibility of unlimited space and bandwidth is in fact a myth. Companies offering this may be participating in what is known as overselling.

Since 2009 we have provided quality reserved hosting.
